Running Log allows you to record and analyse your running, monitor weight and resting heart rate and predict your performance in future races. Information on regularly run routes and shoes worn can be saved to speed up data entry.

The software adapts to any machine from low resolution monochrome to high resolution colour and takes advantage of the larger 320x480 screen size and landscape mode on some machines.
